Delivery times

When you order products on our website, it may take 1-2 days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Your order confirmation will be sent to you immediately after purchase. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours (please check your spam/junk folder), please contact us at care@truayur.com 

We know how excited you are to receive your new products. That's why we do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Once your package is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link where you can see an estimated delivery date.

Changing or canceling orders
