Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: The 30-day refund to the original payment method is valid only for prepaid orders and not for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds will be processed for cash on delivery orders. However, the amount will be refunded in the form of store credit for future purchases on our website. Refunds will not be issued to bank accounts or through external payment providers.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
For any exchanges, you may contact us within the 30-day period at care@truayur.com.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for the United States of America
Notwithstanding the above, if the products are shipped within the United States of Ameria, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
For prepaid orders: full refund to the original payment method.
For cash on delivery orders: full refund issued as store credit, usable for future purchases on our website. Refunds will not be issued in cash, to bank accounts, or through external payment providers.
